John Wells Traditional Family Butchers

John Wells has been a traditional family butcher shop in East Horsley, Surrey for well over 50 years and has built up an unrivalled reputation for it's superb Scotch beef, being the shop to visit for that quality cut of beef for the extra special occasion.

In 1997 an American from Houston, Texas bought the business with the intent first to continue providing not only the best meat, poultry and game products as before, but also to introduce a little of the American type of foods available in the southern parts of the States.

The introduction of Texas Barbeque , New Orleans Creole and Mexican dishes has become very popular to John Wells British and North American customers.

Because of the American presence in this part of Surrey, John Wells import American USDA beef products from Omaha, Nebraska.

We are constantly on the lookout for new foods and dishes from the States that will be of interest to our British and North American customers.

Based on minimum orders, John Wells offers a 'free' delivery service to most areas of Surrey, Hampshire, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire and some areas of London.

Delivery outside this area will be via various 'next day' delivery service firms throughout the UK.
